Maintenance Technicians

This position reports to the Maintenance manager and is responsible for ensuring proper Preventative Maintenance including Mechanical, Building, etc.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:
Perform various preventative maintenance duties on equipment, building and grounds,
Operate forklift and pallet jacks to move material,
Perform all other duties as assigned.

Required experience:
Minimum 1 year mechanical experience or trade school.
Knowledge of mechanical devices, safety devices and procedures.

Required skills:
Ability to read, write, add, subtract.
Good mechanical aptitude.
Ability to work without supervision.
Must wear flame retardant clothing.
Must be physically able to lift up to 50lbs and climb ladders.
Training is available to learn forklift and pallet jack operation.

This position reports to the Human Resources Administrator at the Union, MO Plant.

Maintains confidentiality throughout all work performed.

Position Summary:
 Performs receptionist duties, additional assignments on an as needed bases and provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department.

Company Background:  Buddeez, Inc. is a leading designer in high quality injection molding manufacturing.  Buddeez, Inc. produces plastic containers or custom applications and offers a line of standard products that have grown over the years.  Buddeez, Inc. is based in Union, MO with offices in Wentzville, MO and its products are sold throughout the United States.   Buddeez is a privately owned company with a very seasoned management team focused on sales growth with existing products and new revenue growth.

Key Results Areas:
Receptionist duties of: Meeting/greeting visitors, reviewing their identification and secrecy agreement, assigning access badges, schedule luncheons, keep lobby presentable, sort mail, and direct incoming calls. Responsible for updated Certificate of Insurance for all companies Buddeez deals with. Make photocopies, fax/scan documents and performs other clerical functions. Assist managers with typing/data entry and special projects. Responsible for office supplies and inventory of items. Assists with orientation of new temporary agency employees.
HR duties of: Make new hire packets/files, post photos/job postings, scan, applicant log, and filing. Assists H.R. Department with various special projects. Performs other duties as assigned.

Required Education - High School Diploma
Required Experience - Two years clerical experience using Microsoft Office Software

Buddeez, Inc. located in Union, MO has an opening in the Human Resources Department for a Human Resources Administrator.  Buddeez, Inc. is a three (3) shift plastic molding manufacturer.  This day shift position supports various human resources processes such as (but not limited to):

·        Maintains employee confidence and protects operations by keeping human resource information confidential,
·        Assist with recruitment/interview process, conducting orientation, benefit enrollment and various training courses,
·        Provides administrative support on all personnel matters and assists with payroll processing,
·        Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed,
·        Will be trained in all Human Resources positions
