REQUIREMENTS
· Coordinates a project and/or specific set of tasks related to the Maintenance Department.
· Help maintain the daily operations of the Maintenance Department by providing employees with administrative support, schedules, and supplies to help them accomplish their tasks.
· Will handle scheduling and vendor relations and provide customer service to ensure operations run smoothly.
· Ensure projects run smoothly by tracking progress and timely communicating its status to management and project members, as well as making sure that project members communicate with each other.
· Organize and implement administrative systems and procedures including documentation and reports.
· Keep up to date inventory of all company tools and preventative maintenance records of all equipment in buildings.
· Perform necessary support duties such as if parts are needed and not readily available, will drive to pick them up.
· Responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair operations of all facility equipment, including coordinating routine inspections, managing work orders, and ensuring timely repairs while also handling the procurement of all MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations) materials to maintain optimal equipment performance and minimize downtime.
REQUIRED EDUCATION

Clerical abilities and familiarity with equipment, tools, and computer programs.
REQUIRED SKILLS
Driver license.
Must have good interpersonal skills to liaise between various levels of co-workers/management.

Regularly lifting/moving, pushing/pulling 25-50 pounds. Vision abilities include close vision, color vision and the ability to adjust focus. At all times eye protection must be worn.
